Six months ago Apple made a promise. It was a grand promise, one which would save UK iTunes customers hundreds if not thousands every year on the cost of downloading their music.
Their promise? to bring the cost of a single inline with the rest of Europe to just 74p (99 euros).
But these must be hard [...]
